Our Condo is on the North Shore of Cozumel-the Costera Norte, an exclusive quiet area on the island. Our building contains just 8 units. From our condo you can walk on a safe, lighted, paved walkway to the central plaza of historic San Miguel, a mile away. Or stroll north to the marina to watch the fisherman coming in with their catch of the day.

Beautiful location
The condo looks out to an amazing view. And you can see it from every room. The AC got cold, shower has good water pressure, the bed is medium firmness, parking was easy and close. There is nothing I would change about this condo. There was always an open chair to sit at the water. Great snorkeling right down the ladder. The location is perfect.... a couple minutes into town but still in a quiet spot where you feel outside the tourist zone. And only 5 minutes from the airport. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Cozumel.
